Job Summary
Supporting Marvell's global export compliance program, the full-time Trade Compliance Analyst will manage product classification under U.S. and international regulations, oversee compliance processes, and facilitate training and documentation efforts, with opportunities for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Execute key aspects of the global export compliance program, focusing on product, software, and technology classification
- Oversee day-to-day management of compliance processes, including visitor policies and trade due diligence efforts
- Maintain compliance documentation, including SOPs and user guides, and support program enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in trade compliance, specifically in export and classification compliance
- Experience with U.S. trade regulations and export control classification under EAR
- Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and experience with CCATS requests or export license applications
- Familiarity with global trade automation solutions for classification and reporting
