Job Summary
Supporting U.S. import compliance activities, the full-time Trade Compliance Analyst will ensure adherence to U.S. Customs regulations and Partner Government Agency requirements while working remotely and coordinating with customs brokers and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret U.S. import regulations and maintain knowledge of regulatory changes
- Manage import compliance issues, including government holds and Temporary Importations Under Bond (TIBs)
- Coordinate with customs brokers for timely customs filings and maintain import records for audits
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in import compliance, customs brokerage, or international trade operations
- Working knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and import compliance requirements
- Experience collaborating with customs brokers and government regulatory agencies
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience developing trade compliance procedures and documentation
