Job Summary
Supporting end-to-end export compliance operations, the full-time remote Trade Compliance Analyst will manage USMCA qualifications, export controls, and audit readiness while collaborating with stakeholders across North America and global regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform USMCA qualifications and re-validations, including material value calculations and COO determinations
- Conduct restricted and denied party screenings, manage export holds, and assign ECCNs & HTS
- Run and interpret ACE reports for compliance monitoring and assist with audit documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field preferred, with 2+ years of experience in trade compliance or 5+ years in export operations
- Knowledge of USMCA, EAR, ECCN, TAA, HTS, and trade compliance regulations
- Experience with SAP GTS/ECS or similar systems is beneficial
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and time zones
