Trade Customs Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Trade Customs Analyst will manage post-entry functions, including generating corrections to entries, monitoring regulatory errors, and utilizing trade applications to analyze import/export data.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate corrections to entries based on client and team requests while adhering to Customs deadlines
• Manage and resolve all regulatory errors on behalf of clients and monitor corrections to secure refunds from Customs
• Research missing or incomplete forms with suppliers, carriers, and clients, while contributing to process development and improvement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in trade or customs operations
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of classification, import/export operations, and regulatory compliance
• Experience using trade applications and software for data analysis
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
