Job Summary
To enhance the SC Managed program, the remote Trade Specialist will specialize in HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance, managing client relationships and providing facilities support while adapting to daily operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Review proposals within trade expertise for accuracy and adherence to submission SLAs
- Evaluate complicated work tasks for clients and provide timely approvals for non-standard repairs
- Collaborate with internal teams during client meetings and RFPs to ensure clear communication and accurate responses
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, or general contracting services for commercial spaces
- Proficient in building relationships with diverse teams and clients
- Experience in data analysis and presentation for various audiences
- Background in customer service with strong prioritization and multitasking capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SaaS platforms
