Job Summary
Supporting a U.S.-based law firm, the temporary Docketing Analyst will maintain complex trademark docket portfolios, monitor critical deadlines, and ensure accurate docketing of domestic and international matters in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Review, process, and distribute correspondence from the USPTO and foreign agencies according to established procedures
- Maintain trademark docket portfolios, ensuring daily docket clearance and accurate filing logs
- Monitor domestic and international trademark deadlines and maintain electronic docket calendars
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive Intellectual Property docketing experience focused on trademarks
- Strong experience with domestic and foreign trademark matters and TTAB proceedings
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. and international trademark docketing requirements and deadlines
- Experience with docketing software; PATTSY experience is highly relevant
- Ability to manage a high volume of deadline-sensitive work accurately and independently
