Trademark Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting the management and protection of a global trademark portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Associate Paralegal - Trademark will handle trademark filings, enforcement, and maintenance activities while collaborating with in-house attorneys and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage worldwide trademark filings, including prosecution, maintenance, and renewals
• Prepare and file trademark applications and communicate with foreign associates regarding prosecution and enforcement matters
• Coordinate responses to trademark disputes and assist with intellectual property due diligence in business transactions

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience based on education level
• Familiarity with domestic and international trademark and copyright laws
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic filing systems
• Minimum of four years of intellectual property paralegal experience preferred
• Experience managing and enforcing domain name portfolios and supporting copyright matters
