Trademark Paralegal

Job Summary

To support the management of a comprehensive trademark portfolio, the full-time remote Trademark Paralegal will coordinate U.S. and international trademark functions, assist legal teams, and ensure compliance with trademark regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the U.S. and international trademark portfolio, including maintaining accuracy of trademark files and managing deadlines
• Coordinate with marketing teams to gather necessary evidence for trademark applications and renewals
• Communicate with external legal counsel to file and maintain trademark applications and respond to office actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or completion of a paralegal program with familiarity in Intellectual Property
• 3-5 years of substantive trademark paralegal experience
• Working knowledge of U.S. and international trademark prosecution and maintenance procedures
• Proficiency in USPTO trademark systems and related software
• Ability to work remotely while managing tasks efficiently and maintaining communication with the legal team
