Job Summary

Developing and running trading strategies for tokenized equities, the full-time Trader will manage capital, price and hedge risk across on-chain markets and traditional brokerage venues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement RFQ-based trading strategies for tokenized spot equities, optimizing parameters for business goals
• Price instruments with thin or stale reference prices and measure execution quality to enhance strategy performance
• Monitor positions, inventory levels, and P&L in real time, proactively managing risks and improving tooling and monitoring

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of trading experience at a market maker, OTC desk, prop firm, or brokerage, specifically with spot equities
• Experience in developing RFQ systems
• Strong risk management skills, with a focus on tracking exposure and thoughtful hedging
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment
• Strong analytical and software engineering skills, particularly in Rust
