Trader Onboarding Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Trust & Resilience organization, the full-time Trader Onboarding Analyst will execute high-volume identity verification, initial document checks, and basic risk screening while adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process entry-level queues for automated identity verification failures and follow detailed operating instructions
• Review and validate baseline registration data and standard identity documentation to ensure application completeness
• Identify out-of-scope document issues and escalate complex profiles to Senior or High-Risk Analysts with accurate case notes

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in digital customer operations, data verification, or KYC/AML operations
• Familiarity with web-based operational tools and identity verification interfaces
• Strong ability to follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a high-volume environment
• Basic understanding of digital onboarding principles and KYC/CIP requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail for identifying discrepancies in documents and registration data
