Trading Operations Associate
Job Summary
Supporting the Risk and Trading Operations team, the part-time Trading Operations Associate will assist traders with issue identification and escalation, verify and create sports setups, and monitor app features and betting content while working evenings and weekends remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Traders in identifying, documenting, and escalating operational issues
- Support the verification and creation of sports and competition setups across various environments
- Monitor pre-game and in-play markets while contributing to compliance checks and post-release testing
Required qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience
- Extensive knowledge of major professional sports leagues; esports knowledge is a plus
- Experience in sports betting is preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with iPhone and Android devices
