Trading Operations Associate
Job Summary
Working remotely on evenings and weekends, the Trading Operations Associate will assist traders by identifying, documenting, and escalating issues, supporting the setup of sports and competition environments, and monitoring app features for functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Traders with issue identification, documentation, and escalation
- Support the verification, adjustment, and creation of sports and competition setups
- Monitor pre-game and in-play markets while contributing to compliance checks and post-release testing
Required qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience
- Extensive sports knowledge, especially regarding the four major professional sports leagues; esports knowledge is a plus
- Experience in sports betting is advantageous
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Proficiency with iPhone and Android devices
