Overseeing trading operations during APAC hours, the full-time Trading Operations Lead will monitor live strategies, respond to incidents, and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely.

- Take ownership of trading operations and on-call coverage during APAC hours
- Monitor live vaults and strategies, investigating alerts and identifying potential risks
- Support Business Development in technical discussions with APAC partners, explaining products and exploring new strategies
Required qualifications
- Experience in trading operations or a similar role within live financial markets
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and trading strategies
- Proficiency in making decisions based on real-time market information
- Business fluency in both Mandarin and English
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand trading strategies
