Job Summary
Owning the roadmap for copy trading and quant products, the full-time Trading Product Manager will design user experiences for lead traders and followers, implement risk controls, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and design for copy trading and quant products, including lead trader profiles and strategy marketplaces
- Design risk controls, profit sharing, and performance displays that are fair and transparent
- Grow the supply of quality lead traders and strategies in collaboration with operations teams
Required qualifications
- Experience designing copy trading, social trading, quant, or strategy products
- Understanding of spot and derivatives trading mechanics, including leverage effects on followers
- Ability to make data-driven decisions based on user research to attract and retain quality lead traders
- Proven track record of driving delivery across engineering, risk, and operations teams
- Bonus: Experience building or running trading bots or strategies, and experience at a leading crypto exchange
