Traffic Agent

Job Summary

To support a dynamic international trade environment, the full-time Traffic Agent will gather international documentation, arrange domestic deliveries, and ensure compliance with customs releases while working remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare traffic files and instructions for delivery orders, ensuring the Bill of Lading is submitted as required
• Coordinate with Client Import Analysts and external parties to obtain missing documents and necessary information for customs release
• Track and trace shipments to prevent storage liabilities and confirm completion of deliveries

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Familiarity with customs release processes and international transportation
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
