Traffic Agent

Job Summary

To support a dynamic international trade environment, the full-time Traffic Agent will gather international documentation, arrange domestic deliveries, and coordinate with clients and external parties to ensure customs releases are obtained, all while working remotely in the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare traffic files and instructions for delivery orders, ensuring timely submission of the Bill of Lading
• Coordinate with Client Import Analysts and external parties to obtain necessary documents for customs release
• Track and trace shipments to prevent storage liabilities and confirm successful delivery completion

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in traffic and forwarding methods
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent
• Familiarity with customs release processes and international transportation
• Proficient in MS Office and possess strong computer skills
• Client service-oriented with negotiation skills
