Trainee Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated individual, the full-time Trainee Claims Adjuster will manage a caseload of claims from notification to resolution, providing excellent customer service in a fully remote environment with structured training.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and progress a caseload of claims with full training provided
• Communicate professionally with customers and stakeholders via various channels
• Maintain accurate claim records and support the claims decision-making process

Required qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a telephone-based role
• Confidence using computer systems and technology
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A positive and proactive approach to work
• Willingness to learn and develop specialist knowledge in loss adjusting and insurance claims
