Trainer Assistant
Job Summary
Supporting learning initiatives, the full-time Trainer Assistant will create training materials, assist in onboarding sessions, and facilitate instructor-led training both virtually and in-person while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Create training materials such as slide decks and documentation for trainers and customers
- Assist in conducting onboarding programs and instructor-led training sessions based on provided curriculum
- Maintain training records and gather learner feedback to report improvement suggestions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in training, customer service, or operations in banking or related fintech roles
- Strong MS Office skills for creating training materials
- Basic understanding of fintech concepts such as digital payments and compliance
- Preferred experience with LMS tools or e-learning platforms
