Trainer Assistant

Job Summary

Supporting learning initiatives remotely, the full-time Trainer Assistant will create training materials, assist in onboarding sessions, and facilitate instructor-led training to ensure employees understand core fintech processes and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Create training materials for trainers and customers
• Assist trainers with instructor-led training sessions based on the provided curriculum
• Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires across various departments

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in training, customer service, or operations in banking or related fintech roles
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in creating slide decks and training materials
• Basic understanding of fintech concepts such as digital payments and compliance
• Preferred: Experience with LMS tools or e-learning platforms
