Trainer II

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and conducting training programs, the full-time Trainer II will work remotely to assess training needs, create training content, and facilitate training sessions for Pharmacy Services staff while adhering to a schedule of 9-5:30 ET or 10-6:30 ET.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs analyses and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Identify, develop, and facilitate training programs, including the design of training aids
• Maintain records of training activities and employee progress while coordinating training initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare setting
• Experience in developing training content, agendas, activities, and assessments
• Familiarity with auditing tools and training evaluation methods
• Ability to facilitate the train the trainer process related to various systems
