Trainer II

Job Summary

Developing and conducting comprehensive training programs for Pharmacy Services, the full-time Trainer II will work remotely to assess training needs, create training content, and facilitate the train-the-trainer process.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs analyses and evaluate training effectiveness for Pharmacy Services staff
• Identify, develop, and deliver appropriate training programs, including designing training aids
• Maintain records of training activities and employee progress while coordinating training initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare setting
• Auditing experience preferred
