Job Summary
A company is looking for a LMS & Training Administrator responsible for the administration and coordination of training projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) registrations, training program scheduling, and E-learning design and uploads
- Coordinate training projects, including data analysis, reporting, and logistics
- Liaise with vendors and maintain detailed project schedules while handling inquiries related to L&D initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience using a Learning Management System (LMS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
- General administration experience with a focus on customer service
- Experience in project coordination and related administrative tasks
- Experience in supplier handling and management
