Job Summary

A company is looking for a LMS & Training Administrator responsible for the administration and coordination of training projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) registrations, training program scheduling, and E-learning design and uploads
  • Coordinate training projects, including data analysis, reporting, and logistics
  • Liaise with vendors and maintain detailed project schedules while handling inquiries related to L&D initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience using a Learning Management System (LMS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • General administration experience with a focus on customer service
  • Experience in project coordination and related administrative tasks
  • Experience in supplier handling and management
