Training and Development Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Training & Enablement function, the full-time remote Manager, Training and Development will design and deliver training programs, oversee onboarding and upskilling initiatives, and manage a team to ensure organizational readiness for new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Training & Enablement function, establishing consistent onboarding and continuous upskilling programs
• Design, develop, and maintain training curricula and materials, applying adult learning methodologies
• Evaluate and promote innovative training tools to enhance onboarding and competency development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or instructional design
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training programs for varied audiences
• Experience leading change management efforts tied to new systems or processes
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
