Training and Development Supervisor

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Supervisor, Training and Development, who will create, administer, and deliver training programs while continuously assessing training needs and collaborating with various teams to enhance employee performance and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and facilitate training manuals and learning modules for new and existing employees
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement feedback to enhance training programs and materials
• Manage documentation and verification of training requirements and ensure compliance with regulations

Required qualifications:

• Associates or bachelor's degree required
• 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in training and development
• Demonstrated experience in hands-on training, course development, and adult learning methodologies
• Intermediate to expert knowledge of MS Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
• Previous experience in a quality-oriented position preferred
