Training and Enablement Lead

Job Summary

Driving the adoption of RainFocus as the events platform, the full-time Training and Enablement Lead will manage change enablement plans, deliver training sessions, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from prior platforms, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the change enablement plan for the RainFocus rollout, including stakeholder mapping and communication strategies
• Build and deliver training sessions, quick-start guides, and documentation for various user roles
• Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and the RainFocus vendor team, managing enablement workstreams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management, enablement, marketing, or program management
• Hands-on experience with RainFocus and other event management platforms like Splash or Cvent
• Demonstrated ability to lead tool adoption and platform migrations across cross-functional teams
• Strong stakeholder communication and training delivery skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
