Training and Performance Consultant
Job Summary
As a strategic partner in training and performance, the full-time remote Principal Training & Performance Partner will develop and implement training strategies, diagnose performance needs, and lead operational readiness initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and operational performance in HTK Operations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop training, performance, and readiness strategies aligned with business and regulatory priorities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by diagnosing performance needs and recommending comprehensive solutions
- Design and improve onboarding and workforce readiness programs to accelerate proficiency and support business continuity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, organizational development, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in training, performance consulting, or operational readiness
- 7+ years of Broker-Dealer and/or RIA experience with knowledge of brokerage operations
- Demonstrated success in leading training and knowledge management initiatives that improve performance
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and learning technologies
