Training and Performance Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and people-centered learning professional, the full-time remote Training and Performance Support Developer will design, develop, and deliver workforce education programs, collaborating with stakeholders to create effective learning experiences while leveraging AI and Microsoft tools for modernized content development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop educational programs, bootcamps, and onboarding curricula tailored for employees and contractors
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct training needs assessments and translate complex content into accessible learning experiences
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, adapting delivery to meet diverse learner needs

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, education, training, or instructional facilitation roles
• At least 1 year of experience translating feedback into actionable improvements for training programs
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams and SharePoint
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate engaging training sessions for diverse audiences
