Overseeing the development and implementation of training programs, the full-time Training and Workflow Optimization Manager will manage a team of trainers, ensure effective training delivery, and enhance workflow for Care Center providers through collaboration with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to organizational needs
- Mentor and coach trainers to ensure high-quality delivery of training initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate optimal training experiences for Care Center providers and staff
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant necessary experience
- 3+ years of experience with athenahealth
- Knowledge of extended medical terminology
- Compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations
