Supporting an enterprise ERP upgrade initiative, the part-time Training Content Developer will develop and maintain training and enablement materials remotely, focusing on user adoption and readiness.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and update training and enablement materials for an enterprise system upgrade
- Create content for user acceptance testing preparation and end-user training initiatives
- Organize and maintain existing content into cohesive learning deliverables
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in developing training or user enablement content in a corporate environment
- Strong content development skills with the ability to create user-friendly materials
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft 365
