Training Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

To support a large federal contracting initiative, the full-time remote Training Delivery Specialist will deliver instructional content on IT tools and technologies, primarily focusing on Microsoft 365 and related applications, while coordinating training sessions and providing support to FAA personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Training Development Leads to understand resources and deliver instructional content for assigned courses
• Research solutions to student questions regarding Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) technology and coordinate follow-up with training attendees
• Manage the electronic training calendar and document training metrics, including class attendance and survey responses

Required qualifications

• Master's degree (preferred) or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; additional years of experience may substitute for degree
• 7 to 9 years of experience leading complex projects in the IT training field
• Fluency with Microsoft 365 and associated applications
• Ability to deliver training remotely via MS Teams or Zoom and create non-interactive video-based training materials
• Experience in training development using the ADDIE instructional design model
