Job Summary

Developing and delivering engaging training sessions, the full-time Training Delivery Specialist will facilitate various learning activities for branch staff in a hybrid work environment, while assessing the effectiveness of training programs and maintaining departmental systems.

Key responsibilities

• Host professional learning sessions and facilitate interactive training activities for diverse audiences
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update course materials based on feedback and assessments
• Administer and maintain learning management systems and track training data for departmental objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in developing and facilitating training materials and programs
• Familiarity with educational platforms and learning management systems
• Ability to design web-based training programs and online learning tools
• Experience in project management related to training initiatives
