Training & Development Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and implementation of training programs, the full-time Training & Development Manager will oversee curriculum design for field sales professionals, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and providing foundational knowledge in building products, while offering onboarding support for new hires, with the option to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement training curricula for sales teams focused on product knowledge and technical skills
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new sales professionals, including hands-on training and classroom participation
• Ensure training programs align with commercial strategies and field priorities, enhancing overall sales effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of experience in commercial construction, building materials, technical sales, or field training
• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales training, technical education, or field enablement roles preferred
• OSHA Safety Training required or willingness to complete within 6 months of hire
• Deep understanding of commercial wall and ceiling systems, fire-rated assemblies, and acoustics
