Training Manager

Job Summary

Leading a globally distributed team, the full-time Manager of Training will develop and execute a strategic roadmap for training and enablement within the Falcon Complete organization, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and driving skills development in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Curriculum Developers through effective hiring, coaching, and mentorship
• Own and manage the Training & Onboarding strategic roadmap, collaborating with peer teams to align on operational priorities and product changes
• Drive skills framework development and ongoing skills gap analysis to inform training priorities and talent development strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• 8+ years of experience in training, enablement, curriculum development, or learning & development roles, with at least 2 years in a people management capacity
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and manage competing priorities
• Experience developing skills frameworks or training needs assessments to identify gaps and inform hiring priorities
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools or emerging technologies to improve content development efficiency and learner outcomes
