Job Summary
Serving as an embedded training and user-support resource for a Tier 1 Subject Matter Expert team, the independent contractor Training Solution Consultant will coordinate site-specific user support, facilitate training sessions, and maintain training materials, all while working remotely with some travel required.
Key Responsibilities
- Embed within the assigned Tier 1 SME team to understand workflows, processes, and user populations
- Coordinate site-specific user-support and refresher-training requests while assessing training gaps and user feedback
- Facilitate instructor-led classes and virtual sessions, delivering targeted coaching and learning-support resources as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering training or providing end-user support in a business or technical environment
- Familiarity with Oracle Health Electronic Health Record (EHR) and its associated training and support
- Ability to translate complex processes into clear learning content and user guidance
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests and priorities
- Proficiency with virtual collaboration and documentation tools
