Job Summary
Delivering client solutions both in-person and virtually, the full-time remote Training Specialist will design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs to support business goals and enhance learning outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop tailored training solutions and manage project timelines for successful delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams, SMEs, and client stakeholders to ensure effective training outcomes
- Create engaging training content and deliver live training sessions as required
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, or equivalent solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP) and advanced computer skills
- Ability to develop training materials applying Adult Learning Theory principles
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with diverse teams
- Proficient in English and French
