Training Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the Learning & Training team, the full-time remote Training Specialist will produce customer-facing educational content, facilitate virtual learning experiences, and manage live webinars for nonprofit customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Host virtual customer events, delivering engaging online learning experiences for nonprofit clients
- Facilitate scripted live webinars, adhering to established agendas and lesson plans
- Produce educational videos using templates and AI production tools, ensuring quality assurance before customer delivery
Required Qualifications
- Ability to assess training needs through stakeholder consultation and conduct basic needs assessments
- Proficiency in developing training content from provided designs and scripts, with an understanding of async-first learning principles
- Experience facilitating live virtual training sessions and managing unexpected questions
- Proficiency with AI production tools and commitment to quality assurance for AI-generated content
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality standards
