Training Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the design and delivery of enablement programs, the remote Training Specialist will focus on onboarding and skills training for Marketing Assistants and Account Managers, ensuring client-facing teams are well-equipped with knowledge of the Scorpion technology suite and digital marketing concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and skills-training programs for customer-facing roles, including client communication and service standards
• Facilitate training sessions both in-person and virtually, utilizing proven techniques with guidance from senior team members
• Build and maintain training content and job aids related to the Scorpion tech suite and digital marketing channels

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in Enablement, Training, Account Management, Customer Success, or Learning & Development, preferably in digital marketing/SaaS
• Working proficiency with LMS, Zoom, Google Workspace, and MS Office 365; familiarity with CRM/CS tools is a plus
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, paid, social, content) and client-service workflows
• Solid facilitation and presentation skills with strong organizational capabilities
