Training Specialist
Job Summary
Designing and delivering impactful learning experiences, the full-time Training Specialist will develop and facilitate New Hire Orientation and leadership training programs while collaborating with business stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance New Hire Orientation programs and leadership development curriculum
- Facilitate engaging training sessions for new and existing employees, focusing on both orientation and leadership programs
- Conduct training needs analyses and collaborate with business leaders to recommend effective learning solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Education, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of direct corporate training experience
- Demonstrated experience in instructional design and curriculum development
- Strong facilitation skills for both virtual and in-person training sessions
- Experience consulting with business partners to identify training needs
