Training Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Community Support team, the remote Training Specialist will develop and maintain training programs, ensuring they are current and effective as products and processes evolve, while also managing the learning management system, Seismic.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new eLearning and instructor-led training, including assessments, for product launches and policy updates
• Build and deploy refresh training based on performance data and feedback from the team
• Host train-the-trainer sessions and conduct regular audits of training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in instructional design, training, or learning and development
• Experience with eLearning and instructor-led training development using ADDIE or similar models
• Familiarity with Kirkpatrick or similar models for measuring training effectiveness
• Experience as an LMS administrator, particularly with tools like Seismic or equivalent
• Experience facilitating virtual training sessions, including train-the-trainer formats
