Job Summary
To enhance the effectiveness of the admissions team, the fully remote Training Specialist (Admissions) will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for onboarding new representatives and upskilling existing staff while collaborating with leadership to identify skill gaps and monitor performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and updates training materials in collaboration with other Training Specialists
- Identifies training needs and delivers targeted individual and group training sessions
- Monitors conversion reports and conducts call coaching to improve team performance
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in training, coaching, instructional design, or admissions operations
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven ability in instructional design and developing comprehensive training programs
- Advanced skills in facilitation and coaching for diverse experience levels
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and drive improvements
