Job Summary
To support client success, the full-time Training Specialist (CA, WA, OR, NV) will deliver comprehensive training programs remotely, conduct live and virtual sessions, and collaborate on training materials while occasionally traveling for on-site training.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live and virtual training sessions tailored to client needs, ensuring effective software usage
- Provide follow-up support to clients post-training, addressing any questions and reinforcing software confidence
- Collaborate with the Knowledge and Resource Specialist and leadership to develop and maintain training materials
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or a related role, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or dental technology
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered
- Strong communication, presentation, and instructional skills
- Proficiency with cloud-based software and training tools
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate clients in different time zones
