Transaction Advisory Services Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple projects simultaneously, the full-time Transaction Advisory Services Manager will perform comprehensive financial analysis, evaluate deal structures, and act as a key point of contact for clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis to assess target company performance and identify risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with the team to evaluate deal structures and valuation methodologies considering market conditions and industry trends
• Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations that communicate complex financial information effectively to clients and stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services or related areas
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial databases
• Excellent understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and deal structuring
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) is advantageous
