Transaction Management Associate

Job Summary

To support asset sale efforts within the Mortgage segment, the full-time remote Transaction Management Associate will manage loan and servicing sales, review closed loan files for compliance, and monitor post-closing processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Capital Markets trade desk and loan delivery teams to troubleshoot transaction issues and recommend operational improvements
• Review closed loan files for accuracy and compliance with investor and regulatory requirements, escalating high-risk issues as necessary
• Monitor post-closing pipeline and quality metrics, identifying trends and implementing process improvements in collaboration with leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in mortgage operations with significant exposure to post-closing and secondary-market delivery
• Demonstrated experience in reviewing closed loan files for completeness and compliance in a high-volume environment
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
