Job Summary

Supporting high-growth technology and AI tenants, the full-time remote Transaction Manager will manage client relationships, coordinate transaction workflows, and deliver strategic analysis for real estate transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to clients and the account team, aligning real estate activities with business priorities
• Manage the full transaction life cycle, including lease negotiations, site selection, and financial analysis
• Deliver executive-ready reports and presentations that summarize portfolio activity and strategic recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 7+ years of experience in corporate real estate transaction management or brokerage, preferably with large occupiers
• Demonstrated expertise in lease transactions and portfolio initiatives in office and R&D environments
• Strong understanding of transaction economics and the financial implications of real estate decisions
• Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities
