Transaction Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Seniors Housing Investment Sales team, the full-time Transaction Manager will manage transaction coordination, produce institutional-quality marketing materials, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks, with the option to work remotely from California.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct transaction coordination and due diligence for the Investment Sales team
• Lead the creation and quality control of investment sales marketing materials, including Offering Memorandums and presentations
• Manage the investment sales professional's calendar and coordinate business travel arrangements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Finance and/or Real Estate concentration preferred) or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Word; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
• Strong graphic design skills, particularly in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
