Job Summary
As a full-time remote Transaction Systems Operations Specialist, the individual will manage the administration, governance, and optimization of transaction-related platforms while partnering with operational teams to enhance workflows and support system capabilities aligned with business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Qualia platform and related operational systems
- Partner with escrow, title, and operational teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions
