Transfer Pricing Senior Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Transfer Pricing Senior Associate will manage transfer pricing engagements, conduct technical analysis, and communicate with clients while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of transfer pricing engagements, including analysis of financial data and preparation of documentation
• Draft and revise client-ready deliverables, ensuring quality control and effective communication with clients and foreign advisers
• Design and execute comparable-company searches and support transfer pricing policy design and implementation across various services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
• At least two years of transfer pricing experience with exposure to documentation, benchmarking, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and Word, with experience working with financial statements and large datasets
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with transfer pricing databases and local/master file documentation is a plus
