Job Summary
As a full-time remote Transformation Consultant, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding enterprise transformation initiatives from strategic planning through adoption and sustained business value realization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead current-state assessments to identify performance gaps and develop phased transformation roadmaps
- Facilitate executive workshops to drive alignment and decision-making throughout transformation programs
- Design and execute integrated change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and performance improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, business transformation, or change management
- Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or cloud transformation initiatives, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Working knowledge of established change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter
- Strong analytical capabilities, including business case development and process mapping
