Transformation Engineer
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team remotely, the full-time Transformation Engineer will serve as a hands-on AI platform builder, technical leader, and educator, focusing on establishing AI knowledge systems and enhancing organizational capabilities across a client organization of approximately 500 employees.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain an LLM-powered company knowledge base to capture and utilize institutional knowledge
- Architect agentic applications and production harnesses, ensuring security, maintainability, and continuous improvement
- Deliver structured training programs and workshops to facilitate AI adoption and integration across the organization
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on software or AI engineering experience with proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript
- Demonstrable experience in building LLM knowledge management systems or related context-engineering solutions
- Deep expertise in Claude Code, including workflows, skills, and integrations
- Proven experience with AWS services, focusing on security, scalability, and cost management
- Experience in teaching and running training programs for technical and non-technical audiences
