Transformation Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving critical transformation initiatives from idea through implementation, the full-time remote Transformation Project Manager will manage end-to-end domain processes, utilizing AI and automation to redesign workflows, while ensuring measurable outcomes and fostering strong partnerships across business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end domain processes from current state to fundamentally redesigned future state, building execution roadmaps and driving implementation
• Own defined projects in the transformation portfolio, maintaining direct accountability for execution and measurable impact
• Work closely with business teams to map, pilot, and implement new ways of working, ensuring alignment and adoption

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in consulting, project management, process improvement, or an analytical role
• Demonstrated ability to own a piece of work end-to-end and achieve results
• Fluent in using AI in daily work and can demonstrate its application
• Experience in consulting, rotational, or leadership-development programs, with exposure to complex business problems
• Six Sigma Green Belt or familiarity with structured problem-solving methodologies is a plus
